Terms & Conditions
Payment Requirements
We require full payment by 2pm the day before delivery. Please provide us with relevant information to process payment. A Credit or debit card, Accounts Payable contact details or a PO Number for your order.
We accept the following payments: EFT, Visa, MasterCard & AMEX (surcharges apply Amex 1.5% Visa & MasterCard 1%)
‘FUNCTIONS & PARTNERED VENUES’ catering which include Plated Meals, Buffets, All day Conferences, Premium Canapes, Beverage Packages & Staffing fall under bespoke policies. Please contact your TCC Events Co-Ordinator for the cancellation policies surrounding your event. Bespoke functions require a 50% deposit, with all information confirmed about the event 7 days prior.
GST
The prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable GST charges.
Invoicing
We do not split invoices at The Catering Company. We can send the same invoice to different emails but that is your business to decipher who is going to pay.
Order Alterations
We can always try to accommodate changes in catering numbers. Small office catering changes must be lodged by 2.00pm the day prior to the order via email.
Last minute / Same day orders
Same day orders will incur a $10 admin fee.
We appreciate that you may not always be notified in advance of forthcoming meeting, this is why we will do our best to help. Leave it to us and we can see what we can do.
Cancellations
We require 24 hour notice on all ‘Corporate Catering‘ cancellations.
Our best practice is to touch base with our clients leading up to the date of their event. If you cancel your event/booking on any date leading up to the date of your event there will be no charges. If you cancel on the day of your event, you will be charged for the food components. As preparation for your event/booking has already begun.
Lost or Broken Equipment
No problem, we understand that things can get pretty wild at those err, corporate seminars and what not, so any lost or broken Catering Company equipment will just be charged to your invoice.
Pricing Fluctuations
All prices are correct at time of printing and are quoted on current costs. These may vary at any time. Our quotes are valid for 30 days. Due to seasonal or supplier shortages The Catering Company reserves the right to alter or adapt menus or services. All prices are inclusive of GST.
