Please make sure all orders are in by 2pm.
Free CBD Delivery
We offer a free delivery for the CBD – our minimum order required for this is $75.00
Please see our delivery charges and minimum order requirements for zones 2-3-4
Zone 2 5 – 15 kms $125 minimum order $15 delivery fee.
Zone 3 15 – 25 kms $300 minimum order $30 delivery fee.
Zone 4 25-40 kms $400 minimum order $40 delivery fee.
Weekend orders and surcharges
All orders placed on Saturdays need to reach a $200 minimum.
All orders placed on Sundays need to reach a $200 minimum and incur a 10% surcharge.
7 days a week, from first to last order.
The prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable GST charges.
We always try to accommodate changes in catering numbers. Small office catering changes must be lodged by 2.00pm the day prior to the order.
Last minute / same day orders
Same day orders will incur a $10 admin fee.
Our team is available to assist you and as a result we will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. We appreciate that you may not always be notified in advance of forthcoming function, this is why we will do our best to help. Leave it to us and we can see what we can do.
We require 24 hour notice on cancellations. If you cancel a meeting on the day of delivery, we’ll waive the cost if the food can relocated or if the food has not been made.
If the food has been made and we can’t reallocate it elsewhere, you’ll be charged the full fee for your order.
All prices are correct at time of printing and are quoted on current costs. These may vary at any time. Due to seasonal or supplier shortages The Catering Company reserves the right to alter or adapt menus or services. All prices are inclusive of GST.
For first times customers we require credit card details for all orders. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Please note invoices may change after an event due to alcohol consumption and/ or staffing hours.
We accept the following payments: EFT, Visa, MasterCard & AMEX (surcharges apply Amex 1.5% Visa & MasterCard 1%)
We do not split invoices at The Catering Company. We can send the same invoice to different emails but that is your business to decipher who is going to pay.
Lost or Broken Equipment
No problem, we understand that things can get pretty wild at those err, corporate seminars and what not, so any lost or broken Catering Company equipment will just be charged to your invoice.
