Please make sure all orders are in by 2pm.

Free CBD Delivery
We offer a free delivery for the CBD and 5km, in its surrounding radius.
Our minimum order required for this is $75.
Please see our delivery charges and minimum order requirements for zones 2-3-4
Zone 2 5 – 15 kms $125 minimum order $15 delivery fee
Zone 3 15 – 25 kms $300 minimum order $30 delivery fee
Zone 4 25 kms + $500 minimum order $40 delivery fee

Weekend orders and surcharges
All orders placed on Saturdays need to reach a $200 minimum
All orders placed on Sundays need to reach a $200 minimum and incur a 10% surcharge

7 days a week, from first to last order

GST
The prices quoted are inclusive of all applicable GST charges.

Order Alterations
We always try to accommodate changes in catering numbers. Small office catering changes must be lodged by 2.00pm the day prior to the order.

Last minute / same day orders
Our team is available to assist you and as a result we will make every effort to provide catering for last minute orders. Our customer service representatives will make every effort to assist you with short notice orders. We appreciate that you may not always be notified in advance of forthcoming functions this is why we will do our best to help. Let it to us and we can see what we can do.

Cancellations
While we require 24 hour notice on cancellations, we will always do our best to accommodate you. If you cancel a meeting on the actual day, we’ll likely waive the cost in the following scenarios:

-IF you haven’t ordered a specialty food item.
-IF we haven’t cooked the food yet.

IF the food has been made but not sent out for delivery and we can reallocate the food elsewhere. BUT if the food has been made and we can’t reallocate it elsewhere, you’ll be charged the full fee for your order.

Pricing Fluctuations
All prices are correct at time of printing and are quoted on current costs. These may vary at any time. Due to seasonal or supplier shortages The Catering Company reserves the right to alter or adapt menus or services. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Payment
For first times order we take credit card details for security deposit. Please not invoices may change after an event due to alcohol consumption and or staffing hours. We accept the following payments: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners Club, EFT (surcharges apply)

Invoicing
We do not split invoices at The Catering Company. We can send the same invoice to different emails but that is your business to decipher who is going to pay.

Lost or Broken Equipment
No problem, we understand that things can get pretty wild at those err, corporate seminars and what not, so any lost or broken Catering Company equipment will just be charged to your invoice.
