We know that no two events are the same, which is why we offer two ways to host your bar service:
Casual & Premium Beverage Packages – A fixed per head price for straightforward budgeting and unlimited service over a set duration. Ideal for longer events where hospitality flows freely.
Beverages on Consumption – A curated selection where you only pay for what’s opened. Perfect for shorter events giving you complete flexibility and cost control. Our events team has pricing for this option.

New to Our List: Levantine Hill
We’re excited to introduce Levantine Hill as the latest addition to our wine packages. Established in the Yarra Valley’s Coldstream Golden Mile, Levantine Hill is a benchmark estate — born from a steep, rocky hillside that experts said couldn’t be planted, and now producing some of Australia’s most distinctive cool-climate wines. Under the craftsmanship of winemaker Paul Bridgeman, the estate yields elegant Pinot Noirs, layered Chardonnays, and bold Bordeaux-inspired reds that speak unmistakably of their place. For events that call for something truly premium, Levantine Hill delivers.
