SMALL THINGS FOR BIG CHANGE
A compost bin for vegetable, plant matter, and recycling / Non toxic chemicals in place of commercial grade cleaning products in the kitchen / Raw foods purchased exclusively from local suppliers / Design seasonal menus to make the best use of the produce on offer / Deliver only the freshest products to our clients / Introduced new water saving processes resulting in a 20% decline of water and energy usage / Eliminating non-recyclable packaging materials / Deliver food on reusable melamine platters, or china / Supply environmentally friendly paper cups, plates, and napkins / Donate all unused products from cancelled orders and food excess to various organisations in the City of Yarra, Interspace, and Flagstaff Crisis Centre… these are just a few of our initiatives and we are constantly researching ways we can improve!
IN THE COMMUNITY
The Catering Company has long standing relationships with several charitable organisations right here in Melbourne. Whether its providing healthy, nutritious meals to their hardworking staff, or donating our time, money and efforts to their individual causes, we are always looking for new opportunities to get involved in our community. In November, 2017 we were the event supporters of Sacred Heart Mission’s tenth anniversary Heart of St Kilda Concert at the Palais Theatre. There was a great feeling of spirit in the auditorium and a huge sense of unity and community which is what The Catering Company is all about.

Ticketmaster Summit IN 2017
The all day Ticketmaster Summit was such a diverse event. It was great to see it all come together from start to finish. From morning pastries with coffee to a Canapé evening with drinks for 350 people, we all worked together to make this event a huge success!
