  • Beef Brisket – 24 hour smoked beef brisket with roast zucchini and green peppercorn jus gf
  • Traditional roast beef – grass fed beef rump roast with horseradish and mustard with onion gravy gf / df
  • Aromatic Chicken Curry – chicken breast green curry with Thai basil, green chilli and Vietnamese mint gf / df
  • Thai Beef Curry – grass fed beef rump red curry with roast eggplant, peppers and coconut gf / df
  • Pork Chilli Verde – pork shoulder tossed with cumin, coriander and tomatillos, cooked for 12 hours gf / df
  • Chargrilled Broccoli – heads of broccoli grilled and baked with fontina cheese, red onions and figs gf / v
