Our Authentic Italian Buffet showcases the rustic and hearty delights of Italy. Rooted in tradition and bursting with flavour, this menu pays homage to the rich culinary heritage in the charming region of Abruzzo and has been a favourite for over the past 58 years. How can this buffet be served?
That really depends on the type of event, your expectations and budget. The beauty about our Italian Buffet is that it can be delivered, ready to eat or ready to heat but it can also be accompanied by waitstaff to serve.
A lot of our clients add extra dishes from the other buffets to expand on the options. We know our Lasagne is most loved by many, so we do allow you to add more trays when ordering a buffet.
No Italian Feast would be complete without a delectable dessert, so save room for tiramisu. We know at family gatherings there is bound to be a Nonna and Zia who cannot resist to bring along their own traditional treats.

Italian Buffet 1 - $38 pp Minimum 40 People
- Renzo’s beef lasagne – pasta sheets, salsa di casa, beef mince, mozzarella and parmigianno cheese
- Chicken breast cutlet with bread crumbs and Italian herbs
- Slow roasted beef con sugo di fungi gf
- Calamari marinated in lemon and fresh herbs gf (3 per serve)
- Fried rice stir fried with vegetables and pancetta
- Roast potatoes with garlic and rosemary gf
- Seasonal vegetables stir fried with olive oil and herbs gf

- Antipasto board cured meats, buffalo mozzarella, provolone cheese, charred grilled vegetables & Sicilian olives

- Gnocchi with Napoli sauce and shaved grana cheese
- Chicken primavera – oven roasted chicken breast w. pepperonata

- Chicken saltimbocca – pan fried chicken breast with pancetta, vino bianco e limone
- Porchetta – Traditional Abbruzzi style pork sliced thin and served at room temperature
