Our Approach
Here at The Catering Company, we understand the importance of special catering services for those with food allergies and intolerance, health or lifestyle needs or religious dietary needs.
We provide a wide variety of gluten free, dairy free, nut free, fructose friendly, vegetarian and vegan foods as well as cater to special diets such as pregnancy friendly or diabetic and religious dietary requirements such as Halal.
Standard Vegetarian Component
Unless specified we provide a 30% a vegetarian component within your sandwich order.
Cross-Contamination
Specific dietaries are boxed and labelled separately to avoid cross-contamination. Please provide us with all the correct details**
Coeliac & Gluten Free
Regarding COELIAC Disease, by law we cannot label food “COELIAC” However, we can provide food which will be labelled Gluten Free. We recommend asking the individual is they feel comfortable with this option.
