In recent months at The Catering Company, we’ve seen a rapid increase in customers enquiring about catering services for their destination wedding. Last month Matt and Monica’s wedding took us to Bacchus Marsh overlooking the rolling hills of the west.
The incredible venue was a school camp ground called Camp Sunnystones. This hidden oasis is a cozy and cute with stone walls, green gardens and kangaroos bouncing in the fields nearby.
Matt and Monica decided to switch up the conventional “alternate drop” plated meal for sharing style platters and buffets. Our classic Casalinga menu, which celebrates traditional Italian flavours, was a huge hit with the bride and groom’s family and friends. Guests were also excited for the speciality cocktail – ‘Espresso Martinis’ – which kept everyone going on the dance floor all night!
Helping Matt and Monica bring their wedding vision to life was an absolute joy. It was a blast spending time with their friendly guests and we’re so pleased that everyone loved the wedding catering!
