This year at The Catering Company we have put together all your festive season favourites into one easy to read brochure – ready to get that tick of approval from the boss!

If you’re looking for something traditional with a modern twist – our Chritsmas buffet is the perfect choice. Simply choose from our selection of festive season mains, sides and salads especially curated for hearty silly season joy!

Merry Mains! 

Delicious turkey roulade stuffed with apricots and hazelnuts. Renzo’s famous Porchetta with pickled fig and apple sauce! (this TCC classic is a must for any X-mas party!). Char-grilled beef rump with mushroom jus and a balsamic glazed Salmon served with braised leeks and heirloom tomato. 

Sensational sides!  

Scrumptious roasted pumpkin with garlic, honey and feta. Creamy roasted chat potatoes with garlic and charcoal salt. Summer spiced vegetables with grapefruit and nigella and lastly, steamed green beans with citrus and seeds.  

Summertime salads!

Choose from a selection of fresh and vibrant salads Charred broccoli and orange, Corn quinoa and lime, Caprese salad of tomato, buffalo mozzarella, basil, and balsamic reduction and many more! 

Silly season sweets. 

Christmas comes but once a year- so you gotta have some dessert! (we can deal with it in the new year- 😉 

Pudding, Pav and Panettone! 

How about a traditional christmas pudding with custard? Or a fresh Aussie Pav (let the debates begin!) with raspberry gel, berries and white chocolate. A classic black forest trifle? Or a delicious salted caramel cheesecakes on a gingerbread crust!

Jingle Sweets platter – Perfect for sharing around the office. 

Our pastry chef Tracey loves Christmas even more than we do. She has created one of the best Christmas sweets platters ever! 

She’ll be baking adorable little florentines, spicy-sweet ginger breads, classic fruit mince pies, buttery christmas tree shortbread and more (p.s. the chocolate torrone is to die for…). 

Aussie Christmas means Summer BBQ! 

We have put together some BBQ catering favourites for those outdoor festivities to take place. 

The Aussie BBQ 

Beef burgers, sizzling sausages, sweet potato falafel, salads, breads and all the trimmings. Vegan sausages are available too! 

Hotter than Texas BBQ

Same as the Aussie BBQ but also comes with Lamb and rosemary sausages, Texan smoked buffalo wings, BBQ pork ribs and grilled corn with chipotle mayo! Plus our fresh salads, breads and all the condiments. You also get our signature pavlova with summer berries and cream!
