“What is your cut off time for ordering catering?”
All orders for next day delivery need to be in by 2pm. (Business hours, Monday to Friday)
“Do you accept late orders on the day of the catering?”
We usually take this case by case, as it does depend on what is available in the kitchen and who is available to deliver it to you. We will do our best to accommodate, please call the office, you never know your luck.
“Is there a delivery fee for Melbourne CBD?”
We offer free delivery to the CBD. The minimum order required for this is $200. If your order does not reach $200 but is above $100 a $15 delivery fee will incur.
“Where do you deliver to ?”

“Will my order contain a vegetarian option?”
Absolutely! We provide a 30% vegetarian component across every order unless stated otherwise.
“Do you cater for dietary needs & allergies ?”
We cater for dietaries & allergies such as Nut & Egg Free, Fructose Friendly, Gluten free, Dairy Free & Vegan. They will be boxed separately with the guests name & contents printed on the label. Please keep in mind that we will do our best to provide similar alternate meals where your dietary requirement is concerned. Please see our Dietary & Allergen disclaimer here for further information.
“What if I want to cancel?”
We require 24 hour notice on cancellations. If you cancel on the day of your catering services we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. If the food is already made you will be charged full price.
