What types of events do you cater to?

We cater for a wide range of events, including corporate functions, private celebrations, brand activations, weddings, and large scale gatherings. Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner or a multi-day event, our team can tailor a catering experience to suit.

Can you customise menus for our event?

Absolutely. Our menus can be tailored to suit your event style, dietary requirements, and budget. We work closely with you to create a menu that aligns with your vision and enhances the overall experience.

Do you cater for large-scale or corporate events?

We regularly deliver catering for corporate events, conferences, and large functions. Our systems and team are equipped to handle high-volume service without compromising on quality.

Do you offer beverage packages or bar service?

Yes, we can provide beverage packages, bar staff, and service solutions tailored to your event. Our bar staff all hold current RSA’s.

Can you cater at external venues or private locations?

Yes, we regularly cater at a variety of venues and private residences. We’re experienced in both fully equipped kitchens and more logistically complex locations with pop up style kitchens.

How far in advance should we book for an event?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for peak periods. For larger or more complex events, earlier planning allows us to fully develop your menu and service plan.

What is your process for ordering delivered catering to the office?

We offer a couple of easy ways to place your order. You can email our team at bookings@thecateringcompany.com.au, and we’ll assist with menu selection and details, or if you prefer, you can order online by creating a profile, adding items to your cart, and checking out directly.

What is your cutoff time for ordering catering?

All orders for next day delivery need to be in by 2 pm.  (Business hours, Monday to Friday)

How do you cater for different dietary requirements and allergies?

We’re experienced in catering for a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and fructose-friendly options.

As a standard, our menus include a 30% vegetarian selection unless otherwise requested, ensuring there are always inclusive options available for your guests.

All dietary meals are thoughtfully prepared as close as possible to the main menu and are packaged separately, with clear labelling of the guest’s name and meal contents for easy service and peace of mind.
