Plastic-Free Kitchens: We’ve replaced traditional cling wrap with a 100% recyclable and biodegradable alternative. Even in landfill, our wrap breaks down completely. [Click HERE] to see how it works.
Eco-Friendly Deliveries: We’ve eliminated non-recyclable packaging in favor of reusable platters. We encourage you to select our melamine platter option when ordering.
Sustainable Tableware: We utilize “tree-free” disposables crafted from sugarcane pulp, bamboo, and corn starch.
Clean & Conscious: Our kitchens utilize non-toxic cleaning alternatives rather than harsh commercial chemicals.
A Circular Vision: Through active composting and recycling, we are working toward a circular economy where no organic material goes to waste.

A Celebration of Heritage & Heart: The Williamstown Italian Festa
Last year, the streets of Williamstown came alive with the sights, sounds, and most importantly the scents of our inaugural Italian Festa. Partnering with the historic Williamstown Italian Social Club, The Catering Company was honored to bring this vibrant community celebration to life.
More than just a food festival, the Festa was a tribute to the deep rooted Italian heritage of the West. We transformed the club’s footprint into a bustling ‘Piazza,’ serving up thousands of plates of traditional handmade pasta, wood-fired porchetta, and artisanal cannoli.
Our team managed the high-flow logistics of over 2000 patrons ensuring that everyone, from the Nonnas to local families experienced the warmth of true Italian hospitality. We are proud to support the Williamstown Italian Social Club in keeping these vital cultural traditions thriving for the next generation.
My Room
MY ROOM and The Catering Company have been working together for the past 15 years.
MY ROOM is a volunteer – led group of passionate and dedicated people raising funds to improve the outcome for all children diagnosed with cancer in Victoria and, nationally. MY ROOM funds clinical trials, laboratory research, clinical care and family support to all families of young children diagnosed with cancer in Victoria.

Tea Tonic teas are fun, clever and are designed to rejuvenate, relax and nourish on a cellular level and stimulate the whole body. To add to that, they are free from fertilisers, herbicides, pesticides and drenches and are certified organic. So you can drink your tea with integrity!
We made the choice to switch to plant based, compostable and biodegradable packaging products through the Tree Free. Co. Made from sugar cane pulp, they’ve allowed us to ditch a huge amount of plastic and give back to the earth what we take.
