Our premium canapes are handcrafted in house, by our chefs and exclusive to Events by TCC.
Spoil your guests with our wonderful selection of premium canapes prepared onsite by our skilled chefs. At TCC we love to celebrate the best of Australian produce by using a diverse range of ingredients which include native foods from First Nations farmers.

Depending on the size and format of your event, our premium canapes can be perfectly paired with our classic finger food menu or served on arrival at Gala Event.

We have a great selection of wines from Victorian and Australian regions and producers. A highlight is our partnership with Mt Yengo winery, nestled within the lower regions of the Hunter Valley. Also see our Plated Meals menu which incorporate high-quality ingredients and elegant presentations.
An Events Host, Chef and Wait Staff are required facilitate successful Premium Events. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and communication to skillfully plan & help coordinate your event.
