Built in 1854, this heritage-listed building is located within close proximity to Carlton Gardens in the Melbourne CBD and is perfect for use for organisations, companies and private functions. An intimate space on the ground floor caters for 80 guests to enjoy a standing cocktail function or 60 for a seated dinner.

Two rooms on the first floor create intimate spaces for smaller groups or there is a theatre which can be used for up to 120 people with access to the venues visual and seminar equipment.
